TeleEye Holdings Limited (SEHK: 8051) was listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited in 2001. Signal Communications Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary company of TeleEye Holdings Limited, is the main operation arm of the TeleEye Group. The Group is the first publicly traded spin-off from an academic institution in Hong Kong.
